You are invited to DCC's Spring Break Art and Drama Camp!

Just like last year, we are offering an opportunity for campers to be artistically challenged, while having a blast with their friends.  There are some exciting additions to the program for our 2009 camp.  Laura Sigmans, DCC's naturalist and photographer, will be leading art workshops with a nature focus, and we will be offering specialized sculpture workshops.  The big news is that the campers will perform their drama and display their artwork at Western Mennonite School on Wednesday night (6:00pm), and DCC will provide transportation, so parents who want to take advantage of that offer can avoid another drive up the camp road, and it will be easier for people to attend the performance.  We are also starting on Sunday this year, which will give us an extra day while still not taking up all of Spring Break.

Vanessa Kauffman is back to lead the art portion of the camp.  The drama production is headed up by Lysha Wood.  We have very well qualified counselors and lots of activities planned.  Don't miss this exciting opportunity!  Check-in begins at 4pm on Sunday.

Note to parents:   If you are interested in spending anywhere from 1-3 days  volunteering at camp, we are interested in having you!  We need help in the kitchen and there are facilities projects to work on as well.  Please send an Email to infodriftcreek.org if you are interested.

If you have further questions about this camp please Email our program director, Mervin Kropf, at programsdriftcreek.org
