Volunteering

There are many opportunities for volunteering your time, service or professional skills to Drift Creek Camp. Each year volunteers provide thousands of hours of voluntary service.  We have volunteers that help in maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping and programs.   Lodging is provided for all volunteers.  Please call or email to register yourself, your family, or church group.Following is a list of some opportunities; if you have an interest in volunteering in one of these or some other role, please contact camp directors at 541-992-2556 or .

The 2008 Annual Work Weekend is scheduled for May 23 and 24. Many volunteers are needed in order to prepare Drift Creek for the summer camp season.  For more information, please visit our work weekend page.

DCC is preparing for some major renovation projects and is in need of volunteers with a range of construction skills including:
project management & supervision
general construction
finish carpenters
electrical
plumbing
general labor
In addition, it would be nice to have a skilled mechanic schedule regular visits to DCC for routine maintenance and troubleshooting for the diesel generator, camp vehicles and other equipment.
