The board of directors is committed to completing this project without incurring debt. This project is being completed in stages and each stage will begin after adequate contributions have been received. The campaign goal includes the project amounts listed below as well as contingency funds ($32,000) for permits, planning documents, project management, postage, printing, and administrative overhead.
Pantry Addition
$8,000-- Completed, Spring 2001
Addition of pantry to kitchen -- moving the pantry from the basement to the kitchen has significantly improved the efficiency and ease of use of the kitchen when serving groups.
Lodge Roof
$100,000--Completed September 2003
Replacement of the lodge roof and installation of light-collecting dormers. The roof improvements will extend the useful life of the lodge, the camp's most important building.
Lodge

Addition of two ground floor bedrooms to improve wheelchair accessibility completed. New craft room constructed. Privacy dividers have been added to second floor restrooms and bedrooms have been remodeled for additional comfort and privacy. The chapel, third and first floors have all received fresh coats of paint. New sinks and counters have been installed on third floor. New base-board is yet to be installed on the second floor as well as flooring in added dormer areas and amenities such as towel bars and mirrors in individual rooms.
New Cabins & Activities Building Enclosure
$100,000--Cabins completed, 2010
The five summer cabins have been replaced. A new metal roof was installed on the Activity Center and plans remain to enclose the Activity Center for year-round usage.
Chapel
$30,000
Remodel of chapel to extend floor space and provide improved lighting and access. Add storage for sound equipment and summer camp supplies.
Lodge 1st Floor Gathering Areas
$40,000--In process
Remodel the first floor to update lighting and install efficient windows and new trim. The entire area, including the ceiling, has been repainted and refreshed. Beautiful furniture, hand-crafted by John and Tatia Filmore has been added while older chairs & sofas have been given new cushions with updated coverings, thanks to the Zion Mennonite Church and DCC Quilters. Additional work in the Nature Center on the main floor will
require expanding the back wall window for viewing the natural habitat outside. A refrigerator, new beverage counter, snack carts and recycling center have been added to the first floor for convenient guest usage. Donate to the Rejuvenation Project
